The length of road to be constructed construct-ed or improved is 7.61 miles, and the principal items of work are approximately approx-imately as follows: Unclassified Excavation Ex-cavation 92,000 cu. yrds.; " Gravel Surface Loading, 15,600 cu. yds. Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the State Road Commission, Com-mission, Salt Lake City, where they may be reviewed by prospective bidders. bid-ders. Specifications, Proposal, Bidding Bid-ding Blanks and Plans will be furnished fur-nished on depositing $5.00, which will be returned, providing contractor contrac-tor submits a bid and returns both plans and specifications within seven days after bids are received. Any additional information may be secured secur-ed at the office of the Utah' State Road Commission. Each bidder must accompany his bid with a letter from an approved surety company stating that said surety company will provide said bidder with a bond equal to the total amount of the bid.
