Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 17, 1929. Notice is hereby given that the Dixie Power Company, whose principal place of business is St. George, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inclusive, to change the point of return of 30 c. f. s. of water from Santa Clara creek in Washington County, Utah. Heretofore Here-tofore said water has been diverted divert-ed at a point which bears S 25 deg. 31 min. W. 2552.5 ft. from the NE cor. of Sec. 32, T. 39 S., R. 16 W., S. L. B. & M., and used for generating power and producing electricity. After having been so used the water was returned re-turned to the natural stream at a point which bears N. 14 deg. 5 min. E. 205 ft. from the E cor. of Sec. 32, T. 40 S., R. 17 W., S. L. B. & M. It is now desired to divert di-vert the water as heretofore and use for generating electricity for light and power purposes in Washington Wash-ington and Iron Counties, Utah, and adjacent markets within transmission distance. After being so used the water is to be returned return-ed to the natural channel at a point which bears N. 49 deg. 8 min. W. 2674 ft. from the E cor. of Sec. 28, T. 40 S., R. 17 W., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a-1086.
