Show SANTA CLARA Santa Clara, Dec. 14. Mrs. Rose Ann Ensign, Mrs. Selina Gubler and Samuel Wittwer, Sr., were honored at M. I. A. conference last night for being the oldest M. I. A. workers in the ward. Mrs. Walter Adams of St. Thomas, Nev., spent the week end here at the home of Lorenzo Leavitt. Harvey Frehner of St. Thomas, Nev., spent the week end here, visiting visit-ing and on business. The ward has purchased a new piano which we so much needed for our church house. The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Reber has been quite ill the past week. Born, a son to Mr. and Mrs. Archie Gubler,, Dec. 12; all concerned doing nicely. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Stucki have moved up to Ivins. Lorin Reber has purchased the new home of the late Mrs. Otilla Reber. Walter Hughes of Mesquite, Nev., spent the week end here, visiting. Ernest Tobler and Paul Hafen have returned from Salt Lake City. |
