Show HURRICANE Hurricane, Sept. 2. Mrs. Alice Spendlove and daughter left for Cedar Ced-ar yesterday where they expect to 1 meet the former's sons. They will i go from there to western points looking look-ing for sheep range. They will then attend the Rodeo at Cedar City. J Drs. Frank and Edgar Petty were i here visiting their parents yesterday, j The former and C. B. Petty of this i place will go to St. Geoge to attend the golden wedding of Mr. and Mrs. j George Cottam. j John Hinton, son, and daughter, j Mrs. Bishop and members of Mrs. J Bishop's family are here from Hinck- ; ley and Delta, visiting at the home of ! Bernard Hinton. j C. B. Petty, James Judd, and C. j Sandberg returned from Salt Lake City, where they have been attending Market week and doing other busi- j ness. Mr. and Mrs. Allen of Ordervllle are here visiting with their son, Chas. Allen and expect to put up some fruit while here. H. L. Reid of the Dixie College was a visitor here Sunday and spoke to us in our services. Many of our towns's people intend attending the Rodeo at Cedar City this week. Mrs. Arnold Lemmon went to St. George yesterday to get medical aid. |
