Show r - - - I DIXIE COLLEGE IS READY FOR THE , SCHOOL OPENING i Everything is being placed in readiness for the opening of the D'xie junior college and high j school this next week. Repair I work is being finished, and all j the buildings are being thorough-j thorough-j ly cleaned. Faculty members j from out of town are arriving for work, and all departments are preparing for the arrival of students. The schedule calls for a meeting meet-ing of the faculty on September 10. At this time the policies of the year will be presented by President Smith, and all preparations prepara-tions will be made for registration registra-tion of students. Third and fourth year high school students will register on September 12, first and second year students on September 13. and college students will register on September 16. All class work will begin on September 17. Faculty Fac-ulty assembly for students will be held on September 17 at ten. and student body assembly will be held September 20. Students are advised to register regis-ter early if they wish to assure themselves of courses they may desire, also choice of teachers. Students are again asked to make any financial arrangements that may be necessary for registration regis-tration before the dates set for registration. Considerable delay-may delay-may thus be prevented. No notes will be accepted until evidence is given that payment can be made (Continued on page four) SCHOOL OPENS !
