Show XOTICK TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, June 6, 1933. Notice is hereby given that Ernest B. Cornell, whose post office address is St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance accord-ance with the requirements of the Laws of Utah to appropriate 0.1 of a second foot of water from Thomas Pierce Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water will te diverted at the point of issuance of said spring which bears 270 0 ft. N. and 900 ft. JE. from the SW cor. Sec. 2 6, T. 40 S., R. 16 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed a distance of 52S0 ft. where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st inc!. of each year to irrigate 2 acres of land embraced In part of the NEV SE',4 Sec. 3 4, T. 40 S., R. 16 V.. S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File Xo. 11367. All protests against the gran! ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied accompan-ied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
