Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 20, 1928. Notice is hereby given that Andrew B. Christenson, whose post office address ad-dress is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 375 c. f. s. of water from Virgin River in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N. 51 deg E. 16400 ft. from the NE cor. Sec. 2, T. 42 S., R. 13 W., S. L. B. & M., and conveyed con-veyed by means of a canal and tunnel tun-nel a distance of 16,000 ft. where it will be used during the entire year for electric lighting and propelling machinery ma-chinery at Hurricane, St. George and other parts of Washington and Kane Counties, Utah and in Mojave County, Arizona. Hiis application is designated in the State Engineer's Office at File No. 10454. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice. i GEO.
