Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 20, 1928. Notice is hereby given that Jas. L. Lowe, assignee of Geo. M. Cannon, Jr., whose post office address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917 as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .04 c. f. s. of water from Summit Spring in Washington County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the Spring which bears N. 671 ft. and E. 13145 ft. from the NW cor. of Sec. 31, T. 42 S., R. 18 W., S. L. B. & M., and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance of 11,-231 11,-231 ft. where it will be used during the entire yeir for domestic and culinary culi-nary purposes at Castle Cliff Service Ser-vice Station on the Arrowhead Highway. High-way. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office at File No. 10477. All protests against the granting of said application, statirvg the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in dup licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
