association marked the opening session of the state woolman in the auditorium of the elks club president harvey referred to the matter of taxation of sheep in his annual report he pointed out that in 1926 the committee on taxation met with the state board and that a conference was held relative to the assessment and taxation of herds throughout the state president harvey de dared that the board
