Show FIFTH WARD PRIMARY ASSOCIATION.

Editor Leader.- As I am a punctual attendant at the Fifth Ward Primary Association I would like to write a few words for the Logan Leader.

We have a splendid meeting every Saturday with Sister Priscilla Jacobs as president and Sister Mary Hunt and Mary Adams as counselor. Our secretary is a little boy, Heber Olsen, and he does well. We have good order and a good attendance, and the Spirit of the Lord is there. It is so grand to see the dear children stand up boldly and sing and pray and go through with their beautiful exercises, and still more grand to see their mothers come and help them. There is no nobler work on earth than teaching the children to walk in the ways of the Lord, and to be good and kind to the poor and the aged. We teach the children to pray for the sick, to go and visit them, to honor their fathers and mothers, to have faith in the Lord, and in his promises.

Let us as mothers try and train their young minds in the right way. I feel to say God bless the primary schools of Utah and all who take an interest in them. Emma Pike. |
