Benson and seventeen others have filed a petition asking for a certificate of primary right to use for agricultural purposes all of the water flowing out from what is known as "Green Canon [Canyon]", situated in a northeasterly direction from the City of Logan, in Cache Co. D. 1882, at 10 o'clock A.M., at the Court Room of the County Court of said County, has been set for hearing and petition, when and where any person interested may appear and show cause, if any there is, why said petition should not be granted and certificate of primary right issued to said petitioner.
