Tho State of Utah vs. Nathaniel Williams, defendant arraigned i,n information charging him with a' felony and entered a plea of not guilty. The caso was set for trial uctooer zu WilJiamg is the man who is alleged to have outraged several young girls ranging in uge from 1'4 to 10 years. The Stute of Utah Vs. Oliver P, Coldren and Kebeccn. A. Pratt, defendant de-fendant arraigned and entered, pleas of not guilty to a statutory crime. They were arrested at the Pratt rooming house at midnight while occupying the same room together. The woman is the wife of the proprietor of the rooming house and Coldreu was a roomer. They have both occupied cells at the county jail aiuce their nrnst, being unable to furnish bonds. Tho case of the State vs. J. li. Hildebrund was dismissed on motion mo-tion of the district attorney. |
