They were submitted to tho editor of Life, and thoy were returned, re-turned, not once, but as I remember It, twice. They started on their third Journey to Life, accompanied by a note to the editor. j "My Dear Mr. Mitchell," It beean, or come to think of it, I bellevo It had the confidence to begin. "My Dew Mlieh," and It continued: "During your recent absence row your office yourpfllc boy has beun returning nmsu-rpli ces, ono of which I Inclose. Please remit at your oorllest convenience."
