At Mammoth, April 2G, 1890, Miss Agnes Andreson was attacked attack-ed by a furious cow and was badly bad-ly bruised, and probably would have been killed had it not been for the timely aid of neighbors, who had no easy task to drive the beast away. Harry Hayes, who for some time has been on trial at Provo clmrged with the murder of Albert Hayes at Pelicon Point, was sentenced by Judge McCarty Monday afternoon to be hanged on the 19th day of June. Hayes was the coolest man in the room while sentence was being passed. Ex.
