F C C. of the third hird district who has rendered a a decision to to the effect that that thata a justice of f the peace has no jurisdiction The Th reason given is that a violation of the j I state law of 1911 is an indictable mi mk- mk demeanor and as such must be tried in the district distri t court COUlt The justice of the peace can act only as a committing magistrate as in felony cases He must either send the accused on to the district district dis district dis- dis court or discharge him
