Show Heber Bank Closed' By State Department HEBER The State Banking Department Tuesday assumed charge of the assets of the Bank of Heber City and will appoint a conservator to administer the affairs of the institution for 90 days. By the end of that period it is expected a plan will have been adopted to replenish the capital of the bank which has been impaired because of frozen loans on livestock live-stock and grazing lands. The bank remained open for business Tuesday and plans to continue con-tinue accepting new deposits in trust during the period of the conservatorship. Salt Lake Tribune y, |
