Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Ofice, Salt Lak City, Utah, August 9, 1933. Notice is hereby given that Ira B. Cannon, Don E. Davis an Maren D. Evans, contract holders from the United States Indian Irrigation Service, Federal Building, Build-ing, Salt Lake City, Utah have made application in accordance ac-cordance with the Laws of Utah to change the place of use of 4-7 sec. ft. of water from the Lakefork River in Duchesne County, Utah. Said water has heretofore been diverted at a point N. 80 deg. 18 min. W. 5,725 ft. from the center of Sec. 33, T 1 N., R. 4 W., and used to irrigate part of the NV2 Sec. 18, T. 1 S., R. 3 W., U. S. B. & M. It is now proposed to divert said water asi heretofore and use to irrigate the I WNEJ Sec. 31, T. 1 S., R. 3 W., U. S. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. a-1241. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affi davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
