Show UTJP Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Brum-mit Brum-mit were visiting at the Spratt ranch last Monday. Mrs. Clayton Brennick and Mrs. J. A. Morrison and families drove over to Ft. Duchesne to attend the second day of the U. B. I. C o Mr Charles Abplanalp has purchased pur-chased a binder from A. M. Mur-dock Mur-dock to cut grain in the Utahn district this seanon. o Mr. Howard Stewart who has been employed at the Spratt ranch has gone to work for Pete Abplanalp, as Pete fell from a stack of hay and sprained his ankle. Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Brennick and daughter Bernice are leaving leav-ing for their home in Los Angeles, California this Friday, they are going by the way of Reno and Fresno. Mr. and Mrs. Jess Hadden and family went to the U B. I. C. this year, they left last 'Wednesday 'Wednes-day prepared to stay three days. o Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Abplanalp, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Abplanalp, and Mrs. Gene Abplanalp all went to the U. B. I. C. last Wednesday and will stay thru the event. Miss Frona Morrison, Hope Hadden, Ruth Snow, Howard Stewart, Harold White and Cecil Kofford, all enjoyed a lovely swimming party last Thursday no one was drowned. Carl Rhodes has been improving improv-ing the roads at Utahn this week and if any roads in Duchesne county need improving these do. o Mr. Cecil Kofford and Roy Powell have gone up to the Jess Hadden sheep camp to work. Mr. A. M. Murdock and Mr. and Mrs. Horner Liddell were visiting at the Spratt ranch last Sunday. Mrs. Leonard Brown was down to the Spratt ranch this week visiting her sister Miss Ruth Snow.
