Sands Post No, 5, the American Legion, at Myton. Calvin Monks is vice commander. Mrs. Calvin (Virginia T. ) Monks is president of The American Legion Leg-ion Auxiliary and is second vice president (Americanism chairmar for District Nine ( Duchesne and Uintah counties. ) The Myton Legionnaires and and Auxiliary members are Striving to raise funds for a community com-munity project - to pipe water, to the cemetery for care of the lawns and shrubbery. To raise this money, they sponsor dances periodically at . the Myton Hall, which is owned and operated by The American Legion, William R. Sands Post No. 5.
