E Thompson who survives him Mr Despain has lived in Duchesne county most of his adult life having been engaged in the sheep business Surviving besides his widow are two sons Weston and Bernell of Duchesne one brother Hyrum Despain of Emmet Idaho four sisters Mrs Ella Lake of Emmett Idaho Mrs R R. Mae Higgins of Midvale Utah Mrs Sarah Bateman Bateman Bateman Bate- Bate man of Blackfoot Idaho and Mrs Anne Hancock of Grand Coulee Washington |
