Every advance we make, be it in industry, in science, or in religion demands its sacrifice in the form of labor, wealth or human life, and often of all three, and Moon Lake appears to be no exception. Fortunately, for humanity as a whole, the world moves on despite the casualties which occur. A life or many lives may be crushed or snuffed out, but new workers fill the gaps and the work goes on, a little more carefully and wisely perhaps, but to all outward appearances much the same; and such is pro- Ethel L.
