W president In her address at the banquet stressed the need of of budgets in all wI clubs large and small and also the need of programs of or activities for the year She urged the club women to formulate a program for the year and then uni unite te in a concerted effort to carry it out In this way Mrs Leaver stated more good can be accomplished than by a hit and miss program fo formulated each month Afternoon Tea The Eastern Df District B B.
