To Whom It May Concern: Notice is heroby given that a special tax for tho purposo of constructing a cement sldownlk six feet wide, on State street and Second North and East Capitol Cap-itol streets, In Sidewalk District No. 19, has been lovlod by tho city council nnd confirmed by ordinance dated July 31st, 1905. Said tax was levied upon tho following real property in Salt Lake City, to-wlt: .All of lots 8 to 14 Inclusive, of block 2. plat "K"; tho west 99 ieot of lot 8, block 2, plat "K," and all of lots 1 to 9 Inclusive, block 1, plat "J," all of lots 1 to 10 inclusive, of block 4, plat "J," Salt Lako City survey, to a depth of 25 feet back from said streets; is nayablo in flvo equal Installments. One-fifth thereof shall become delinquent on An-gust An-gust 31st, 1905, nnd one-fifth on nu- I I Bust 31st. 1900, and ono-flfth on Aujrus' 31st, 1907, one-fifth on August 31st 1908, nnd ono-fifth on August 31st, 1909.
