Show o DEATH OF CHARLES KEITH. 1 II David Keith has'hundreds'of friends who will mourn with him tho loss or his son, Charles Keith, who died at North Yakima, Washington, early on Wednesday last, after an illness of four days. Pneumonia was tho disease and it progressed very rapidly. 1 His condition was said to bo dangerous from tho start, and from the outset there was hardly any hope. His sister, Mrs. Eskridge, of Seattle, was with tho young man when tho ond came, whllo his father, who had been noti-lied noti-lied of tho serious clrcumtsances, was on his way. Mr. Keith will bring tho remains to this city for Interment. Charlie Keith was a lino young-man. Ho was born In Virginia City, Nevada, December 23, 187G, but spent his boyhood boy-hood days .In Park City, whore ho at tended tho public schools. .Ho after-ward after-ward attended tho Agricultural college: at Logan and was a graduate of that Institution. Later ho took a commercial commer-cial course at Boston. Ho was active Iy engaged with his father in busi-nes busi-nes and superintended tho erection of tho Keith building on Main street. Some time ngo ho purchased a valu: able ranch near North Yakima and was making a great success when stricken down with illness. In addition addi-tion to his business talents, ho wns a ycung man who naturally made many friends and there aro numbers of them in this city and elsewhere who will .sin--ceroly mourn him. |
