general chairman has issued the following appeal to the people of utah the purpose rf this fund und will be to take care of cases r requiring e special attention under the compensation act the utah F sufficient coverage for protection in an ordinary catastrophe but not where the entire community is affected such as in the castlegate Cast legate disaster the law does not take care of sp specific
