Show Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for no plate and light and unsafe lane travel. Officers also received prior knowledge regarding this same vehicle driving recklessly reck-lessly in another city. Officers Offi-cers found the driver of the vehicle to be operating under un-der the influence of alcohol and prescription medication. Police arrested the driver and released the vehicle to the sober registered owner who was present. Police cited and released the arrestee after af-ter completing their investigation. investi-gation. On November 9 a theft detail resulted in one adult female being arrested for Communications Fraud. The female was booked into the Utah County Jail. On November 10 police responded re-sponded to a vehicle theft at Walmart. On November 4 an officer responded re-sponded to a report of a criminal mischief detail. The officer was advised an individual had witnessed wit-nessed a female throw rocks at a local business and flee on State Street. The reporting party attempted at-tempted to follow the vehicle but the suspect drove too erratically er-ratically for the reporting party . to follow safely. The reporting report-ing party was able to obtain a license plate off of the vehicle and a description of the car. The officer arrived in the area and was unable to locate the suspect vehicle. The officer was able to locate and speak with the owner of the business and found the value of the damaged property. prop-erty. On November 6 police were dispatched to a drug incident. Officers found a drug incident involving some found drug paraphernalia par-aphernalia and suspicious circumstances cir-cumstances occurred. The. officers offi-cers collected some information but were unable to correctly and legally identify a proper suspect for arrest purposes. Police Po-lice provided the complainant with some advice and information informa-tion regarding her options on dealing with her several family members who are suspected to be using drugs. No further action ac-tion was taken or arrests made. |
