Show Scouts Have Options to Attend Meets Information about the 8th annual National Boy Scout Jamboree for 1973 . will be given to Scouts and parents at a meeting meet-ing Wednesday at 7:30 in the LDS Seminary by the High School. The jamboree is to be held at two locations, Moraine State Park, north of Pittsburg, Pa., and at Farragut State Park, Idaho. Jamboree East is from Aug. 3 to 9 and Jamboree West is from August 1 to 7. The Utah National Parks Council has decided de-cided to concentrate on the Jamboree at Farragut Farr-agut State Park in Idaho. For the first time in Jamboree history, a boy will have a choice in the way in which he may attend. First he may attend at-tend with his own Scout Troop, under the leadership leader-ship of his own Scoutmaster, Scout-master, if the Troop decides de-cides to go; second, he may attend by going with the local council on an economy trip; third, he may go with the local council on a delux trip. |
