' -1 v ' Alw Day Former Moab man died in Arizona Abe Day, formerly of Moab, passd away at the Hill Haven Hospital in Tucson, Arizona on Aug. 20, al about 7:15 a.m. He was born in Moab on Sept. 10, UKJ4 to Stella Dnllon Day and Abraham Abra-ham Day. He was the oldest of 5 children. Most of his life was sent in the coal and uranium industries indus-tries around the Moab area. He moved lo New Mexico in 1957 and later to Arizona. He was married to Kthel Mae Stewart, but later divorced divorc-ed and married Pauline Leonard Day of SonoiLa, Arizona. At the time of his death, he and his wife were custodians of the George Massick Ranch in SonoiLa. A sister, Dora Day Kynio and brother, Orson Day preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife; sons Max Day, Moab; and Lee Cox, Panaca. Nevada; two brothers, bro-thers, Wayne Day. Moab; and Golden Day, Salt Lnke City; ten grandchildren. ana eleven great grandchildren. |
