Show Anthrax Warning Issued Locally The public has recently been warned of products that contain anthrax contamination currently on the retail market. Hannah Pittman, Grand County Health Nurse, has been notified by the State Health Department that some of these products are in Utah. The materials have been distributed through Takki Imports Im-ports from New York and Creative Handweavers of California. Cali-fornia. Anthrax contamination is found in items containing sheep's wool, goat hair or camel hair, and can be found in such articles as paint brushes, hobby equipment or clothing. If you discover that you have purchased some of these products, you should gather them together, place them in a plastic bag, tie shut, and deliver the bag to your local health department, according to Mrs. Pittman. |
