Show Hearings Set On Recreation land Measures WASHINGTON Rep. Wayne Aspinall, D-Colo., said hearings hear-ings have been set for April 13 and 14 on two bills to increase in-crease recreational use of federal lands. Asipinalll, chairman of the House Interior and Insular Affairs Committee, added that Rep. Roy A. Taylor, D-N.C, chairman of the subcommittee subcommit-tee on National Parks and Recreation, will assist in the hearings. Rep. Laurence J. Burton, P-Otah, said the bills are "elf very great interest to Utahns because we have a great deal of federal land which can easily be utilized for recreational purposes." Burton said the lidenCical bills, introduced by Aspinall and Rep. John P. Saylor, R-Pa., R-Pa., ranking Republican on the Iriterior Comimittee will permit expended use of surplus sur-plus cr under-utiilized federal lands for outdoor recreation.
