Show Public Notice Notice to Water Users The following applications appli-cations have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Grand County throughout the entire en-tire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-8157 (05-1022) Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Gelfand, 4216 Park Terrace Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84-117, 84-117, proposes to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 3.37 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Segregation Segre-gation Appl. No. 32910-al. 32910-al. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 100-200 ft. deep at a point N. 1300 ft. and u; onn ft (mm iF Tor- SeC. 7, T25S, R23E; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of (I 674 acs. in SE-14 Sec. 7; SW-14 Sec. 8; NW-14 NW-14 Sec. 17; NE-14 Sec. 18; T25S, R23E. Hereafter, 3.37 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted divert-ed from an 8-inch well, 200-500 ft. deep at a point S. 2040 ft. and E. 1530 ft. from W-l4 Cor. Sec. 7, T25S, R23E; and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 5 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.50 acs. in SE-14SW14 Sec. 7; Lot 3, NE14NW-14 Sec. 18, T25S, R23E. Protests resisting the granting of this application applica-tion with reasons therefor there-for must be filed in duplicate du-plicate with the State En gineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84-114, 84-114, on or before February Febru-ary 8, 1975.
