On Monday evenings, the classes are Business Occupations, Individualized Individual-ized Sewing, Klectronics and Small Appliance Repair, Re-pair, and Knglish. The business class, taught by 1'at Hicheson, is in the business pod of the vocational voca-tional center, and includes in-cludes Typing I & II, Bookkeeping I & II,, Business Bus-iness Machines, Shorthand Short-hand I & II, Filing and Simulated Office Practice. Prac-tice. The sewing class, taught by Adrien Taylor, is in the home-ec room ii the Vocational Center. Modern techniques with the new fabrics are emphasized, em-phasized, and students also learn the basics of fitting and pattern alterations. alter-ations. The electronics class, taught by Woody Quilter, includes technical training train-ing in fundamentals needed nee-ded for electronics circuits, cir-cuits, with options later in the course for more advanced work. The English Eng-lish class, taught by Val Maughan in Room 11 of the high school, is a high school completion course. On Tuesday evenings, classes offered are Drivers Dri-vers Kducation, which will start at a date to be announced later. Mathematics, Mathe-matics, and Mexican Food cooking. The choking chok-ing class is 0 weeks only, and may be repeated for the the second 6 weeks. It carries the half-fee of $t, and 14 unit credit. On Wednesday evenings, even-ings, classes are Social Studies, Cake Decorating and Motor Tune -up. The cake decorating will be divided into two 6-week courses, the first beginning, begin-ning, and the second advanced. ad-vanced. Fach period will carry 14 credit and a $t fee. The motor tune-up class will be taught by Mel Gray, and is an introductory in-troductory class to theory the-ory and methods, plus workshop on individual problems. Thursday evenings Sci-ence Sci-ence and Motorbike Tune -up and Repair will be offered. In addition, a potpouri of mini-courses are planned for Thursdays, with each evening an introduction to a different avocational skill, such as macrame or tricks with yeast breads. Unless otherwise stated, stat-ed, all classes carry 12 unit credit and carry a $12 fee for the 12 -week semester, for students working on the high school completion pro-grain. pro-grain.
