Show Highway Patrol Activity Reported Activities of the Utah Highway Patrol in this area were reported for for th? month by Sgt. Ralph Benson. On October 11, Robert Lowes of the Monticello force investigated an accident acci-dent seven miles south of Monticello which involved San Juan County Sheriff Ross Musselman who, driving a 1967 Chevrolet Sheriff's vehicle ran into a deer and did about $250 in . damages ' to his car. No citations ci-tations were issued. Trooper Billy Hunt investigated inves-tigated an accident 16'2 mi-west mi-west of Green River on Oct.; ' 12, in which a 67 Ford Pickup Pick-up owned and driven by Fred N. Christensen of Fil-more Fil-more ran off the road as he rounded a curve after he apparently fell asleep at the wheel.
