Show at the home of the brides father monday morning was solemnized the marriage of miss evelyn rutledge of moab and daniel T granell of denver judge 0 L christensen officiating shortly after the ceremony the young couple left on a wedding trip to salt lake city and other utah points they will return to cisco within a few weeks where they will make their home the bride Is the second daughter of H S rutledge mayor of moab and treasurer of grand county she attended the moab schools and completed a two year normal course at the university of utah for two terms she has taught in the grand county schools one year at turner and one at cisco she is one of moab s most popular young ladles and has scores of friends here the groom came to cisco a couple of years ago from denver being connected with the carbon black plant and later with the pace brothers company store at cisco with which latter concern he Is now connected he Is very favorably known in that section the young couple have the best wishes of a host of friends throughout grand county at great palls mont last wednes y occurred the marriage of miss edith of moab and howard C brewster of kevin mont miss left moab early last week tor great palls and the wedding took place a few hours after her arrival there the young couple lett for aln where mr brewster Is engaged i oil well drilling work the bride is the eldest daughter of r and mrs R L of mo ab A graduate of the grand county gh school she attended the ty of utah for two years na a normal course she taught hool in grand county for two terms her last school being at turner it was there she met mr brewster who was employed at that place as a driller she is one of most popular daughters and the best wishes and congratulations of all are extended to the happy couple miss margaret loveridge of moab became the bride of milton 8 duenzen of salt lake city last thursday the wedding taking place at salt lake miss loveridge left tor that place two weeks ago after a visit with her parents here the young couple will make their home at salt lake the bride is the daughter of mr and mrs C A loveridge she graduated from the grand county high school with the class of 1928 and tor the past year had attended school at salt lake city where she met mr duenzen the groom is in the automobile business at salt lake city and is a substantial young business man the bride is one of popular young folks and the best wishes of all are extended to the happy couple E george renshaw and miss ethel M bolander Bolln der both of salt lake city obtained a marriage license saturday and were made man and wife by C L christensen justice of the peace they continued on their way to durango col where they will make their home |
