In March. 1938, he was paroled, but last September returned to prison as a parole violator, vio-lator, following his arrest in Oklahoma Okla-homa on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Al Bruebaker, 28, who was sentenced sen-tenced to 1 to 20 years from Duchesne Du-chesne county for beating and robbing rob-bing a woman motorist who had given him a lift, was granted a parole, effective September 20, 1940. He started serving his sentence sen-tence In 1938. The board will reconvene Wednesday, Wed-nesday, at which time it will decide on the application for termination of the sentence of A. Lee Romero, 48, convicted of voluntary manslaughter man-slaughter in connection with the J l slaying of his mother-in-law. |
