Show WILL TAKE FAIR BRIDE Indiana Candidate Will Qualify for Office by Marrying. INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Jan. 8. "Billy "Bil-ly Taylor, who recently retired from the Attorney-Generalship of the State, Is an avowed candidate for the Republican Republi-can nomination for Governor. Recently Ihe press of the State served notice on Taylor that no bachelor had ever been elected Governor, nor none would be, . even if nominated, as the opposition of tho fair sex would be too pronounced. Taylor remarked: "The argument that I am not the kind bf a man for Governor will not get into the campaign if I can prevent it, and I think I can." Mr. Taylor is as mum as an oyster as to the personality of the bride elect, but there is a. rumor that (the city of Louisville Is her home, and that she Is one of the fairest of Kentucky belles.
