Show NORTHERN SECURITY PLANS PROGRESSING 'ST. PAUL,, April t C. W. Bunn, general counsel of the Northern Pa ciflo road, has returned from New York, where he wen,t to consult with Messrs. Hill and Morgan relative to the affairs of the Securities company. Mr. Bunn says the plan for closing up the affairs of the merger company as outlined In Mr. Hill's circular to shareholders, will unquestionably be carried out As to the report that Mr. Harriman . would refuse the basis of settlement and would not acoept a portion por-tion of his Interests In Great Northern stock, Mr. Bunn said: "I think Mr. Harriman will accept.; There would appear to be no other way out of the matter. .
