Show REAL ESTATE STIMULATED More Transfers This Week Than for Manj Moaths Past. , The real estate market in Salt Lake City has been stimulated by the San Pedro developments and the dealers believe be-lieve that a most prosperous season is opening. The transfer of the Continental Continen-tal hotel corner, which was recorded on Thursday, is the largest sale made this spring. The property was bought by Senator William A. Clark of Montana and Senator Thomas Kearns for a consideration con-sideration of $SO,000. Aside from this large deal the transfers trans-fers for the past week are much larger than for any single week in months. With the assurance that the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake railroad will be built in the near future, great activity ac-tivity in the real estate line is inevitable. inevita-ble.
