WILL RACE ' . ON JULY Match Between Julia A. and ' June Wilkes fcr $500 a Side. Horsemen are now interested In the proposed match race between Julia A., Rqblnson'B trim little mare, and June Wilkes, owned by Dr. Humelbaugh. Ever since June Wilkes defeated Robinson's Rob-inson's mare last Saturday In three straight heats there has been talk of a return match. Many horBemen are inclined in-clined to think Julia A. would have won the race on Decoration day had she been trained properly and consequently she will have plenty of backers in the coming, com-ing, event. June Wilkes Is one of the Salisbury horses that were brought here from San Francisco last spring. She was purchased by Dr. Humelbaugh and put on the track, where she has since developed good speed. A forfeit of $500 will probably be posted post-ed by the owners of the animals this week. The race will come off July 4th.
