Show : ' lark ' : Mrs. H. K. Olson of Salt Lake City returned home Tuesday after af-ter visiting several days with her daughter, Mrs. Clyde Augustson, and family. Mrs. Frank Bullock has as guest her sister-in-law. Mrs. Harold Har-old Norberg of Boise, Ida. Mary Lou Ball of Lark stayed overnight Wednesday with Sandra San-dra Alexander of Butterfield. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Palmer of Butterfield were hosts January 25 at a dinner for Mr. and Mrs. Frank Shatter of Bingham and their son, Pvt. John Shatter. R. L. Christie of Butterfield attended the Fish and Game association as-sociation meeting in Salt Lake City Wednesday evening. Mrs. Lloyd Palmer, Mrs. R. L. Christie, Mrs. Glayde Alexander and Mrs. Joe Dumont, all of Butterfield. But-terfield. visited Tuesday afternoon after-noon with Mrs. George Abplan-alp Abplan-alp of Bingham. Funeral services were held ! Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. Clara Virginia Strong Konold. 57, 1132 Milton avenue, Salt Lake City, at the Bryant LDS ward chapel, ! Salt Lake City. Mrs. Konold was a sister of Mrs. LeRoy Bosworth. She was born September 14, 1887, in Salt Lake, a daughter of William H. and Clara Bishop Strong. She was a member of the LDS church, belonged to the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and Women's Benefit association. Surviving Sur-viving are her husband, Alfred I E. Konold; three sons; six grand children; two brothers and four sisters. Mrs. Glayde Alexander was a guest Wednesday at a party given giv-en by Mrs. George Peterson of ! Riverton. Ann Christie visited over the week-end with Carol Steele of Lark. Mrs. Harry Williams entertained enter-tained the V.Q.V. club the evening even-ing of January 24. Dinner was served to seven and the time spent writing letters to boys in service. Marjorie Thompson, BYU student, stu-dent, spent the week-end visiting visit-ing Mrs. Arnt Thompson. Mr and Mrs. Robert Sonne spent Sunday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Benton Boyd. Mr. and Mrs. Vince Nelson and daughter. Shawnee Kay. spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Thomas. Mrs. Bert Thomas, Mrs- Max M. DuBois, Mr. and Mrs. William Meyers, Mrs. E. W. Gleason visited vis-ited in Salt Lake City Tuesday. |
