Show COUNCIL OKEHS HEATING UNIT A delegation of No. 2 Firemen met Wednesday evening with city councilmen to ask consideration considera-tion of installation of a $750 heating heat-ing plant at No. 2 Fire hall. The officials went on record as approving ap-proving the proposed improvement improve-ment and authorized firemen to proceed with plans. Mayor R. A. Murano and coworkers co-workers ordered a $25 reward posted for information which would lead to apprehension and conviction of a dog poisoner whose recent activities have "meant death for an undetermined undetermin-ed number of pets. Firemen were authorized to "clean-up" an existing fire hazard haz-ard reported in vicinity of No. 2 Fire hall- Purchase of a pressure reducing reduc-ing valve to be installed on the city water line above Copper-field Copper-field tunnel by City Watermas-ter Watermas-ter Fay Mitchell and crew was okehed. The valve is needed for use in emergencies, it was explained ex-plained to the council. |
