At a protracted session of tho cabinet Friday evening tho conclusion was reached thut In vlow of tho existing conditions, any relaxation In tho rigor of tho government's govern-ment's policy 1b uttorly out of the question, and that It Is necessary to contlnuo tho bnttlo against tho revolutionary revolu-tionary forces with nil tho moans at command. It nlso wns decided that tho elections for members of parliament parlia-ment should bo hold on the samo date throughout tho omplro, Instead of over a porlod of several weeks, as waa tho caso In tho former elections. In order to prevent tho opponents of the gov ernment concentrating tholr effortu In various districts In succession. All tho ministers wore Instructed to preparo nnd havo ready for submission not later thnn Sept. 14 tho projocts of necessary legislation which will be divided Into two categories tho first, those which nro urgent and should bo enacted Immediately In tho form of tompornry laws or administrative edicts, and tho socond, such rm will roqulro to bo polished by the cablnot beforo submission to parliament when it nsscmblea. |
