F RobInson Robinson Robinson Rob Rob- inson of this city with whom the General General General Gen Gen- eral had been in correspondence ce since his landing at San Francisco from M Manila Manila Ma Ma- nila a month ago After Gen Funston arrived here from from the west last week and had sought a consultation with Dr Robinson it was stated that another operation would not be necessary Within a day or so however the wound of the original operation for appendicitis had not healed as the physicians believed it should and the second operation was decided upon Before the operation was performed today Dr Robinson stated that It would prove prove a minor affair Later he stated that Gen Funston had undergone undergone undergone under under- gone the ordeal in a satisfactory manner manner man man- ner ncr and he believed the outcome would be what had been desired It would be necessary however for the patient to remain at the hospital for probably two weeks |
