That said paving District Dis-trict Na. 2 us created, established and provided for In said ordinance of May s, 1913, be, and the same is hereby approved and confirmed In every ro-spect ro-spect whatsoever, as passed. Thnt the letting of the contract by said City Council of American Am-erican Fork City to Messrs Doley and Singleton for the construction of the pavement in snld District, as hereto-tore hereto-tore made, be, and the same Is hereby here-by ratified and approved lu every particular. par-ticular. Section 3. That the sidewalks, as already constructed by said Doloy and Singleton under said contract heretofore hereto-fore madu with American Fork City, ue, and the same Is hereby accepted and approved In every particular. That the abutters' proportion pro-portion of the costs and expenses of making said Improvements within said District shall be assessed against the lots and lands abutting upon the several portions of- sidewalks so Improved Im-proved lu propoitlon to the feet front so abutting thereon.
