The only change was the election, as director, of Martin Uugliltt of the Chicago k Northwestern, to succeed the late David Dow;. Over 437,000 sltares voted ou the following proiositlons, which were unanimously ratified: Modification of the O. It, & N. lease; Oregon agreement: guaranty of Oregon Short Line and Utah Northern collateral col-lateral trust bond"; Union Pacific Denver aud Gulf traffic agreement; Colorado Central trackage from Denver to Checnne; approving the -IJ per cent, collateral trust; Denver, lA-adville and Gunnison mortgage Indentures; Ilochlsl&udahd lacitic trackage to Deuvtr, etc.; Kearney Kear-ney and Black Hills traffic arrangements; arrange-ments; Milwaukee and St. Paul trackage from Council Bluffs to Omaha, and from Lincoln to Beatrice, Beat-rice, Neb. President Adams reported several investments made during the year. A resolution ratifying the action of the directors iu making them was unanimoulyi"assed. The directors' rt port was adopted. |
