Show Tested Recipes Lamb-Celery Ring 2 cups diced cooked lamb 1 3-4 cups chopped celery 2 tablespoons minced onion. 1 teaspoon salt 1-8 teaspoon curry powder 3 cups cubed, enriched bread 3 eggs 1 tablespoon melted lard or drippings drip-pings 1 3-4 cups hot gravy or milk Mix together lamb, celery, onion, on-ion, salt, curry powder, bread, eggs and melted lard or drippings. Add gravy or milk and mix well. Place mixture in a well-greased 9 inch ring mold. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 1 hour. Serve with tomato sauce, if de: sired. 6 servings. |
