Show Newlyweds Will side Here After Honeymoon Miss Peggy Lundell. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis LunJoII of Benjamin, became (lie bride of Orvil Dallin, son nf Mr. nnd Mis. Morris L. Dallin of tins city, in homp rPrP- monies performed by Bishop J. Y. Boarnson Monday evening. April 12. The bride was charmingly attired at-tired in a self-designod model of white crepe-back satin with exquisite ex-quisite silk net veil arranged to a coronet of seed pearls. The newlyweds received congratulations con-gratulations from their many relatives rela-tives and friends on Friday evening, eve-ning, when a reception was given in the Benjamin ward hall. Soft candlelight and lovely spring flowers lent atmosphere to the occasion. oc-casion. The bride chose her sister, Mrs. Mack Collings. as maid of honor, and Miss Joan Stewart and Mrs. Fay Dallin were bridesmaids. They wore pastel colored formals with flowers in corresponding shades. Little Leileni McTague and Ronald Collings acted as flower girl and ring bearer. Glenn Bjarn-son Bjarn-son performed duties of best man to the bridegroom. Assisting with receiving the guests were Mr. and Mrs. Vernon E. McKell. Serving was under direction of Mrs. David H. Thomas and daughters daugh-ters Devona and Vesta; Miss Byrl Thomas, Miss Margurette Lun-dell, Lun-dell, Miss Gale Hone and Miss Dona Marie Parkinson. Mrs. Wayne R. McTague and Mrs. Orson F. Lundell were in charge of the gift room.' During the program LeRoy Whitehead acted as master of ceremonies. cere-monies. The bride and groom and members of the wedding party led in a grand march climaxed by dancing. Immediately after their reception recep-tion the newlyweds-left on a few days' honeymoon and upon returning return-ing plan to make their home in Springville. |
