Chairman James Lawrence Fly of the federal communications commission, promised in a speech over the NBC networks that the agreement, signed by Mexico, Canada, Can-ada, Haiti, Cuba, and the United States, would result in better service ser-vice and less interference. Saturday was radio dial switching switch-ing day as the reallocation of kilocycles kilo-cycles went into effect. Ninety per cent of the nation's radios, including includ-ing thos-e in the intermountain territory, moved to new positions on the dial.
