They pride themselves on their will n,i firmly believe they are ff- S best possible thin, to veep themselves in shape. How-eve, How-eve, while walking is fine exer-cL4,'it exer-cL4,'it should not be done in just t,,ai ma5'n walking briskly for a mi,e or two works P tion The chances are that he Parted out right after hreakfas and no matter how light his meal may have been, no one should ;ex-e ;ex-e 0iSe immediately after eating. He sits tllis deskaU day ln, ?-P 'nothing, Perhaps with an electric fan blowing, and thus lays himself him-self wide open to a clinging summer sum-mer cold, wry neck, or an attack of neuritis. A better way to walk for exercise exer-cise would be to rise ah hour earlier ear-lier put on some old clofEes, take his walk, return home for a shower show-er dry clothes, and breakfast. Or if 'that is too much of a strain on his will power, walk home from business, then have a bath and a change before dinner. He will feel much better and will be really doing do-ing himself more good. |
