Show Brookside 6th At Program, Sets Party Last Friday the Brookside school Third, Second and Sixth grade had a program given by the Sixth grade. There was a play given by Lorna Dee Shurtleff, Judy Riding, Carole Carter, Marilyn Mari-lyn Ollerton, Sherl Nelson, Marilyn Mari-lyn Ames, and Laurel Ostler. It was called "Mushrooms Coming Up." There was a dance by Sally Wilson and Lilly Johnson. Then a song, Peter Cottontail by Barbara Kilgore, Barbara Griffiths and Carol Woods. Last Darla Boswell I did the Sailor dance she was accompanied ac-companied on the piano by Lilly Johnson, i Tuesday we plan to go swimming swim-ming at Park Ro-She at about 3:00 o'clock. Some of us will take bicycles and a few parents and Mr. Frandsen will take the rest of us out in cars. We plan to be back by at least 5:30. Some of us can't go in swimming but we will all go just the same. Monday the city council asked us to place Junior patrolmen at the creek's edge and at the entrance en-trance of Brookside Drive and in front of the store. The guards now are Earl Beardall, Paul Schott and Vrsel Peterson. Last week Mr. Frandsen chose eight couples to demonstrate dancing danc-ing at the convention of Teacher's and Activity Leaders in Nebo and Juab Districts. It will be on April 26th.
